🚨 Phil Foden insists Manchester City remain focused on winning despite the ongoing financial charges controversy.

The England international scored on his return to City’s starting XI in their 3-2 victory over Ipswich Town after serving a three-match suspension for kicking out at Bruno Fernandes.

Foden admitted the suspension was difficult, revealing he sometimes had to train alone. However, he was delighted to score and help City secure all three points.

“We’re still 100% focused on winning football games. The main focus is doing our job, and that’s all we can do,” Foden said.

City have appealed the guilty verdict, with potential sanctions including fines, a transfer ban or relegation if the findings are upheld.
