Alexander Isak injury update brings Liverpool some relief
Liverpool are keeping a close eye on Alexander Isak after the striker left Sweden duty with a thigh problem.
However, Sweden boss Graham Potter has confirmed the injury is only minor and is not considered serious. Isak will miss the remainder of the international break as a precaution and return to Liverpool for further assessment.
The striker has made a strong start to the 2026/27 season, so Liverpool will be hoping he recovers in time for the October 11 clash with Manchester City.
