Liverpool are reportedly ahead of Arsenal and Tottenham in the race for Brentford right-back Michael Kayode, but could face a £55.3m asking price.

The 22-year-old has impressed since moving to England and is now on Liverpool’s radar as a potential long-term option at right-back. However, with Kayode under contract until 2032, Brentford are in a strong position to demand a major fee.

Liverpool are said to have placed Kayode at the top of their watchlist, although no talks have begun yet.
