🚨 BREAKING: Florian Wirtz tipped for a potential Liverpool exit, with Chelsea emerging as a possible destination.
Germany legend Lothar Matthäus believes Wirtz could leave Liverpool if his struggles continue, suggesting a reunion with former Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso at Chelsea rather than a move to Bayern Munich.
The 23-year-old has managed just one assist this season following his £116m move to Anfield, raising concerns among supporters.
Matthäus believes Wirtz could rediscover his best form under Alonso, who previously helped him shine at Leverkusen. However, Liverpool will hope the midfielder turns things around rather than leaving the club.
