🚨 Enzo Maresca Admits Man City Midfield Mistake Against PSG!
Manchester City boss Enzo Maresca has admitted that his decision to start Rayan Cherki in midfield against PSG was a mistake, as City suffered a 4-2 defeat.
Maresca believes Ayyoub Bouaddi, Enzo Fernandez and Elliot Anderson could form a stronger midfield combination in future big games.
Bouaddi impressed after coming on at half-time, assisting Erling Haaland’s second goal and helping City improve their performance.
The young midfielder could now be in contention for his first Premier League start against Ipswich Town on Saturday, as Maresca looks to strengthen City’s midfield. 👀
