Paul Pogba has backed under-pressure Manchester United manager Michael Carrick, urging the club to remain patient despite their poor start to the season. Pogba believes results can improve if Carrick is given enough time.
The French midfielder also joked that Manchester City’s ongoing financial case could potentially see him awarded two retrospective Premier League titles after United finished second in 2018 and 2021.
Meanwhile, Pogba is searching for a new club after mutually terminating his Monaco contract in August following an injury-hit spell.
